I created this group to involve RE professionals in working with potential leads for the purpose of building solar power projects on idle industrial lots.
Minimum requirement for the lot:
1. at least 60 has in area
2. industrial land classified
3. generally flat topography
4. clean title
5. owner is willing to lease or sell
