The Seasons Residences is the

country's first residential project with a distinct

Japanese concept. The project is a partnership

between Federal Land, Inc. and two Japanese giants,

Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., the real

estate arm of the Nomura Group of Companies and

Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, Ltd., one of the largest

department store groups in Japan.

The Seasons Residences will bring the Japanese

tradition of excellence, innovation, and artistry to the

Philippines and enhance the Philippine lifestyle

through the introduction of Japanese technology and

quality. Its architecture and design marries Japanese

design, technology, and innovation with the Filipino

sense of community.

The four (4) residential towers will feature Japanese

design elements that focus on Technology,

Functionality, Safety, and Harmony with the

environment.

At the podium of The Seasons Residences is the first

Mitsukoshi in the country. The four-storey mall will

feature new, as well as, familiar Japanese clothing,

food and cosmetics brands, and will highlight the

Japanese way of polite service-Omotenashi.
