6 STEPS IN HOUSING LOAN AVAILMENT

STEP 1. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN

• Housing Loan Application

• Vicinity Map of Property

• Additional Requirement by Loan Purpose

• Proof of Income

• Updated Tax Declaration and Tax Receipt

• Valid IDs

• Certified True Copy of the Title

STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN APPLICATION

• You may take the first step in owning a home by submitting your application form and is initial requirements via Virtual Pag-IBIG. Simply click here.

  You may then submit your application form and its complete set of requirements at any Pag-IBIG Housing Business Center or Pag-IBIG Fund branch near you. Click here to view our directory of housing business centers and branches.

STEP 3. RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE OF APPROVAL (NOA) and LETTER OF GUARANTY (LOG)

• You will receive your Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG) should we find your application complete and in order. You will be advised where to conveniently claim your NOA and LOG.

STEP 4. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN YOUR NOTICE APPROVAL

• Complete the requirements stated in your Notice of Approval (NOA) within ninety (90) calendar days. This include among others, the transfer of title and annotation of mortgage.

STEP 5. RECEIVE YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN PROCEEDS!

• Upon submission of your post-approval requirements, you will receive the proceeds of your loan within the (10) working days. We will notify you on how your loan proceeds shall be released safely and conveniently.

STEP 6. START PAYING YOUR Pag-IBIG HUOSNG LOAN

• Start paying your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, exactly one (1) month after its release date. Remember to use your permanent Housing Loan Account No. 12 Digit-HLAN when paying. For your convenience, you may pay your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan online via Virtual Pag-IBIG or via our accredited collecting partner’s outlets or their online payment facilities.
