How? Using the monthly salary of the buyer, our system will compute for the recommended budget that can be used as monthly amortization. This will be applied to match the monthly payment of the properties based on TCPs. The monthly payment of the properties is computed using the default setting of 20% downpayment, 8.5% interest rate, and 10-year payment term.

In order to benefit from this new filter, you as a seller must:

1. Use the TCP on the price field of the property listing. Avoid using the monthly payment on the price field because this will confuse the buyer.

2. If available, add other payment options in the description of your property.
