The fact that Greenhills is located in San Juan is even more convenient as, being in the center of the Metro Manila Region access to all the other regions is simpler and the recent opening of the new 24 kilometer road connecting the provinces of Quezon and Batangas has eased congestion on the once very busy Maharlika Highway.

For those that prefer not to use the busy roads to get around and yet cannot perhaps afford to make use of the heliport, the Manila Light Rail Transit System also passes through and has a station in San Juan. For destinations further afield, either international or domestic, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Manila’s main airport, is only a 20 minute drive away from the Viridian at Greenhills.

The fact that San Juan and especially Greenhills is ideally situated in the center of the Metro Manila Region and therefore central to all the different business centers located in it, it is becoming an increasingly popular location and will become even more popular on completion of the Greenhills Center. This has caused the property values to increase and soon the cost of land will financially restrict residential projects like the Viridian at Greenhills as they will no longer be financially viable as the cost of units will exceed the prices, even the most sophisticated Filipino would be happy paying. This means that those residents that do opt to buy units in the Viridian will become some of the few that live in such a prized location as Greenhills will become.
