I am the owner of this property. Please submit enquiries IF and ONLY IF: 1) you have the budget (or you can obtain a loan from a bank), 2) you are a serious buyer 3) you have genuine interest in the property, 4) you are not a time-waster and 5) you are the direct buyer or authorized agent of the direct buyer.

Two corner flat lots (175 sqm and 187 sqm) overlooking Laguna Lake with views of the hills front and back. Only one of two lots can be purchased but the cost of land improvements below will be prorated and the corner lot has a higher price (see below).

I spent 500k on these.
