How can I report a lead under the Satisfaction Guarantee Program?

Qualified leads covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee Program have the "Satisfaction Guarantee" badge. To report:

  1. Select the lead covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee Program

  2. Select the Report button

  3. Fill out the form. Please be as detailed as possible.

  4. Submit the form.

Our team will investigate the report, and you will receive an update via a chat message after we verify your claim.
