Promo Terms

12% in 52 months, 3% Spot on the 53rd month, 85% Cash or Bank

The sample computation is modifiable, you can edit the list price, unit type, view, unit size on the table located on the upper left corner.

How to determine the building number, floor and unit number?

For example: SHORB030819

• SHOR - Shore Residences

• B03 - Tower 3/Building 3

• 08 - 8th floor

• 19 - Unit 19

For payment of Reservation Fee:

1. Preferred unit of choice (to be held by me valid for 5 days)

*Penalty of 1,000 for each unreserved unit held, please inform your client.

2. Once the unit is held, an RQ number will be sent via to me by email and that RQ number shall serve as the subscriber's account number.

3. Reservation Fee cash/check

For booking/reservation requirements:

1. Filled up and signed RA form, CRF and BIR 1904

2. Copy of valid IDs of the client

3. Copy or clear picture of the Reservation Fee paid via BDO bills payment
