    How Much Can I Borrow With An EastWest Housing Loan?

    • Minimum of ₱500,000

    • Maximum of ₱10,000,000

    • Maximum of 80% of the appraised value of the property.

    Am I Eligible for an EastWest Housing Loan?

    Yes, if you are:

    • At least 21 years old upon loan application

    • At most 65 years old upon loan maturity

    • Filipino citizen or former Filipino citizen eligible under BP 185 guidelines; foreign nationals are eligible if purchasing a unit covered by CCT

    • Permanently employed for at least one year; 2 years if OFW

    • If self-employed, business must be at least 2 years in profitable operations

    What Documents Will I Need to Prepare?

    If you have applied for an EastWest Housing Loan, you will be asked to provide some supporting documents in order for the bank to process your application. These documents are listed below:

    If Locally Employed:

    • Completely filled-out application form

    • Two (2) valid Government-issued IDs

    • Certificate of Employment w/ Compensation (COEC) indicating position and length of service

    • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)

    If OFW:

    • Completely filled-out application form

    • Two (2) valid Government-issued IDs

    • COEC w/ original 6-month remittances; or

    • COEC w/ original 6-month payslips; or

    • Consularized Certificate of Employment w/ Compensation (COEC)

    If Self-Employed:

    • Completely filled-out application form

    • Two (2) valid Government-issued IDs

    • Business Registration (SEC/DTI)

    • Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years

    • Updated Interim Financial Statement if most recent AFS is more than 6 months

    • Latest 6-month bank statements w/ authorization to conduct bank verification

    • List of trade references (at least 3 suppliers and 3 customers with telephone numbers and contact persons)

    • Articles of incorporation and By-laws

    REQUIRED COLLATERAL DOCUMENTS:

    • Photocopy of Title for collateral (TCT for land title / CCT for condo titile)

    • Appraisal Fee Official Receipt (OR)
