Membership Registration

This service enables individual to register with the Fund and secure their Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number or update their registration information.

Employer Registration

This service is for Employers who intend to register with the Fund to secure their Pag-IBIG Employer ID Number and to regularly update their information.

OFW Member's Contribution Verification

This service allows OFW members to view their member savings with the Fund.

Kasambahay Unified Registration

One-stop-shop for Household employers to register their Kasambahay to the 3 participating social security agencies namely Pag-IBIG, SSS and PhilHealth.

Housing Loan Payment Verification

This service allows existing housing loan borrowers to check their housing loan balance and view their payments. Borrowers may also enroll to the Paperless Housing Loan Billing Services to receive the Billing Statement via eMail.

Housing Loan Application

This service allows members with assigned Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) or Registration Tracking No (RTN) to accomplish and submit their Housing Loan Application online.

Developer's Online Housing Loan Application

This service enables accredited developers to accomplish and submit Housing Loan Applications on behalf of the prospective borrowers.

Application for Interest Re-Pricing

This service allows existing Housing Loan borrowers to accomplish and submit their application for Conversion to Full Risk Based-Pricing (Re-Pricing).

Online Payment Facility

This service is for members who wish to pay their Monthly Savings using Visa or MasterCard issued credit cards.

MP2 Enrollment System

This service is for members who wish to enroll to the Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Program, an additional and voluntary five (5) year savings facility being offered by HDMF to its Pag-IBIG I members.

• Electronic Submission of Remittance Schedule (eSRS)

  This is an electronic service designed for employers for the EASIER SUBMISSION of their monthly remittance file to Pag-IBIG.
