How to display a 360° Photo on my Property Listings
Recently, OnePropertee released a new feature allowing sellers to display 360° photos on their property listings.
Here is an example of a property page with virtual tours using 360 photos
In order to display a 360 photo on your own property pages, all you need is a 360 photo. A 360 photo looks like this when viewed without the 360 viewer:
How can I get a 360 photo?
You can do any of the following:
-
Many Developers already have existing 360 photos or virtual tours for their projects. Just ask them nicely
-
You can also take your own 360 photos using a 360 camera. The following cameras are available locally:
-
Join this group: 360 Photos of Projects and Properties. We are sharing 360 photos available from Developers.
-
If your Developer has a virtual tour available and you do not know how to get the 360 photos, join our group and send the link to the Group Chat. Our team can help you extract the corresponding 360 photos. Here is an example of a virtual tour coming from SMDC. And you can get the extracted 360 photos from this page: 360 photos of SMDC Gold Residences
I already have the 360 photos. What shall I do next?
Once you have the 360 photos, the next step is very easy. Just upload the 360 photos together with the rest of the photos on your property. Our app will detect the 360 photos and it will display the photo in a 360 viewer. Submit the property, and you are done (yes, that easy).
Here is an example of a property with both regular and 360 photos in the gallery
If you need more help, join our 360 Photos Group and post a question in our group chat. We are more than welcome to help you make your property listing more appealing to potential buyers
