Why is my boosted property not getting a specific type of promotion?
When your property is boosted, your property page will display a boosted property promotions graph. The graph shows the number of times your property is promoted to specific channels: search, featured, and email.
If your property is not showing any promotions on a specific channel, it can be due to the following reasons:
No Search Promotions
It means that your property is not being displayed in any search results. Either (a) there are not enough leads searching for your property, or (b) the leads cannot find your property. For the latter, ensure that you use the correct keywords in your title and description that might be used by the leads when searching for your property. Being specific, like adding the complete address and indicating the project name, can help locate your properties for leads looking at particular locations or those looking for a typical project.
No Featured Promotions
It means that your property is not being featured when leads look at similar properties. Either (a) your property has no similar property (exact location, property type, price range) in our system, (b) the type of your property has fewer leads in our system, or (c) your property has a lot of competition (same properties that are also boosted). Ensure that your property has the correct details so our system can properly feature your property on top of similar properties.
No Email Promotions
Our highly targeted active leads are not viewing your property through email. Either (a) our system does not have enough active leads for the type of your property, or (b) the leads are not opening their emails (our system does not count unopened emails) or not visiting onepropertee after (promotions are only counted if the lead visits onepropertee from the email). Ensure that your property details are correct so that our system can properly match you to correct leads to whom we can email and promote your property
