Why can’t I receive real-time notifications?

Ensure that you have not blocked our real-time notifications. If our notifications are blocked, follow the steps below to unblock:

If you are using Google Chrome:

  1. Go to onepropertee.com (make sure you have closed other tabs and windows first).

  2. In the upper left-hand corner of your browser, click the ‘Padlock’ icon that you will see at the start of the link (onepropertee.com) in the Address Bar.

  3. Click ‘Site Settings

  4. In the ‘Permissions’ section, go to ‘Notifications’.

  5. Click on the drop-down menu and select ‘Allow’.

  6. Go back to onepropertee.com. You should be able to receive our real-time notifications

If you are using Safari:

  1. Click Safari in your browser and select ‘Preferences’.

  2. Click the ‘Websites’ tab.

  3. Go to the ‘Notifications’ section in the menu.

  4. It will display the sites that have asked you for permission to show notifications.

  5. Find onepropertee.com on the list.

  6. Click on the drop-down menu and select ‘Allow’.

  7. Go back to onepropertee.com. You should be able to receive our real-time notifications

If you are using Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Go to onepropertee.com (make sure you have closed all other tabs and windows first).

  2. In the upper left-hand corner of your browser, click the ‘Information (i)’ icon in the Address Bar.

  3. Click the arrow right in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click ‘More Information’ button at the bottom of the Menu.

  5. Select the ‘Permissions’ tab.

  6. Select ‘Send Notifications Settings’.

  7. Change to ‘Allow’.
