Why can’t I access a buyer as a One Partnership member?
As a One Partnership member, you can only access the buyers for properties that are tagged under the program.
If the property related to the buyer hasn’t been tagged under One Partnership, you will need to tag it to gain access to buyers moving forward.
Please note that buyers generated before you join the program or before tagging a property cannot be accessed. Tagging your property ensures it receives all the benefits of the program—including lead access, boosted visibility, and priority buyer matching.
