For Buyers:

• Share your feedback with your assigned Buyer Assistance Officer (BAO) through Property Discussions.

• Let us know if you’re interested, need more details, or want to see other options.

• If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll guide you through the next steps — including offers and documentation.

For Sellers:

• Leave feedback about the Buyer in the Lead Details page to help your BAO assess next steps.

• If the Buyer is interested, continue assisting them with questions and requirements.

• Coordinate with your BAO on potential follow-ups or closing arrangements.

For Tripping Agents:

• Update the BAO with any notes or concerns raised during the visit.

• Indicate whether the visit was completed, successful, or if there were any issues.

• Your feedback helps ensure proper coordination for next steps.
