One Partnership Agreement

Commission-Sharing based on buyer type and listing ownership, as follows:

Engaged Buyers / Partner-Owned Listings

• Partner Commission - 80%

• OnePropertee Commission - 20%

Visit-Ready Buyers / Partner-Owned Listings

• Partner Commission - 60%

• OnePropertee Commission - 40%

Visit-Ready Buyers / Third-Party-Owned Listings

• Partner Commission - 40%

• OnePropertee Commission - 60%

ONE PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS

• Access to Buyers of OnePropertee (Engaged and Visit-Ready Buyers)

• Targeted Promotional Opportunities (Auto-Refresh, Email Marketing, In-Platform Promotion and Prioritization, Badges)

• Support from OnePropertee (Buyer Guidance, Pre-Qualification, and Visit-Readiness Assessment)

PARTNER COMMITMENT

• Pay OnePropertee the commission fee based on buyer type and listing ownership.

• Regularly update the status of all Buyers for progress monitoring.

• The partnership duration is 1 year, effective upon the signing of this agreement.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

✓ I certify that the above information is accurate and correct.

✓ I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of OnePropertee as detailed on the website.

✓ I acknowledge that I am required to submit a valid Authority to Sell (ATS) from the Authorized Seller to claim the One-Away Deal setup. Failure to provide this document will result in the transaction being treated as a Direct Deal.

✓ I understand that I must not bypass or directly engage with the buyer provided by OnePropertee, including but not limited to any transaction outside this Agreement. Violation may result in termination and legal action.

✓ I agree that the payment of the Commission Fee shall be made within thirty (30) days upon the release of the commission from the Owner/Developer.

✓ I agree to cooperate with OnePropertee to provide additional information or documentation to confirm the property sale transaction.

✓ I understand that OnePropertee reserves the right to modify or terminate the One Partnership at any time, with prior notice provided.

✓ I acknowledge that OnePropertee is not responsible for any discrepancies or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete property information provided by the partner.

✓ I understand I must submit proof of communication with the client confirming their final decision regarding account cancellations.

✓ I understand that I shall pay OnePropertee the commission, inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
