How does OnePropertee price Lead Boost Direct packages?

To make it easy for sellers to anticipate our prices for the Lead Boost Direct packages, OnePropertee is pricing the packages according to the cost per lead for the property and the number of guaranteed and direct leads inquiries.

Package Price = Price per Lead x guaranteed direct lead inquiries

  • For Sale properties: Package Price = (TCP of the property / 20,000) x guaranteed direct lead inquiries x 1.5

  • For Rent properties: Package Price = (Monthly rent of property / 500) x guaranteed direct lead inquiries x 1.5

Note: The TCP of the property has a minimum price of 1M up to 20M maximum. The Monthly rent of the property has a minimum price of 25K up to 500K maximum.

We multiply the price per lead by the number of guaranteed and direct inquiries of leads in the package to get the price. Then we use a 1.5x multiplier for all the exposure and optimizations that your property will receive.

As an example, for a for sale condominium that costs ₱4,500,000, a starter package with guaranteed five (5) leads will have a price of:
Package price = (₱4,500,00 / 20,000) x 5 x 1.5 = ₱1,687.50

Another example, for a house and lot for sale that costs ₱2,150,000, an economy package with guaranteed ten (10) leads will have a price of:
Package price = (₱2,150,000 / 20,000) x 10 x 1.5 = ₱1,564.13

As another example, for rent land that costs ₱25,000 monthly, a starter package with guaranteed five (5) leads will have a price of:

Package price = (₱25,000 / 500) x 5 x 1.5 = ₱375

Regarding package duration, we follow a simple rule: your boosting will end only when all your guaranteed and direct inquiries of leads of your package are fulfilled.

Packages with higher guaranteed leads will also get automatic discounts for bulk purchases.
