How Does One Partnership Work?
One Partnership streamlines the real estate selling process by taking on key Buyer Agent responsibilities that typically fall on the seller. This allows real estate professionals to focus on guiding buyers during visits, assisting with documentation, and closing deals—while OnePropertee handles the most time-consuming stages of buyer preparation.
Here’s how the updated program works:
1. List for Free
Sellers can post their properties on OnePropertee at no cost, removing upfront marketing expenses.
2. Buyer Generation From the Platform
OnePropertee promotes listings and generates buyers through platform activity, targeted visibility, and marketplace demand.
3. Buyer Qualification
Incoming inquiries are screened by OnePropertee. We assess their budget, requirements, and interest level to identify Engaged Buyers.
4. Visit-Readiness Check
Buyers are guided through the steps needed to be ready for a property visit. When they reach Visit-Ready status, they are matched to either a Partner Property or a Third-Party Property, depending on fit.
5. Visit-Ready Buyer Endorsement
Once a buyer becomes Visit-Ready, they are endorsed to the partner seller.
There are two types:
-
Visit-Ready Buyer for Partner Property
-
Visit-Ready Buyer for Third-Party Property
Both are fully prepared for on-site viewing.
6. On-Site Property Visit
The partner seller coordinates and conducts the on-site visit, providing buyers with the necessary property briefing and support.
7. Documentation & Transaction Support
Partners assist with the buyer’s documentation and coordinate with the developer as needed. OnePropertee continues supporting communication and buyer progress.
8. Commission-Based Earnings
Sellers earn based on the buyer’s readiness stage and property type:
-
Engaged Buyers – partner guides and closes the sale
-
Visit-Ready Buyers (Partner Property) – partner conducts visit and documentation
-
Visit-Ready Buyers (Third-Party Property) – partner conducts visit and documentation for a third-party listing
Each stage provides different commission opportunities within One Partnership.
By handling the early, labor-intensive stages—buyer generation, qualification, matching, and readiness checks—One Partnership allows real estate professionals to work more efficiently, focus on high-value activities, and earn from multiple buyer readiness levels.
