Buyers can contact you using Chat if they are logged in to their account using the following options:

1. After successful submission of the inquiry form

   1. Once a lead successfully filled out and submitted an inquiry form, an option to chat with the seller will display. If the lead proceeds, our system will create a chat room between the seller and lead.

   

2. When a buyer created an account.

   1. A buyer with an account can chat with you anytime using the 'Send Message' button on your Profile page or the 'Create Chat Room' on the Chat page.
