Bullish on prospects: Steve Li-SM Group’s Anchor Land starts work on 3 new projects
Anchor Land Holdings
Property developer Anchor Land Holdings is embarking on three new projects that are expected to further boost its sales revenue.
These projects include One Legacy Grandsuites, One Financial Center and Cosmo Suites.
Anchor Land said One Legacy Grandsuites is its biggest residential project, while One Financial Center is the company’s first premium corporate building project for sale.
The two projects are currently in their early stages of construction.
Cosmo Suites, meanwhile, is an ongoing development project which was initially intended as a co-living development.
It will instead be offered for sale as a residential development in the latter part of the year.
Anchor Land said projects such as the Juan Luna Logistics, Admiral Grandsuties and Anchor Grandsuites are also nearing their completion.
As of end-September, the SM Group owned nearly 20 percent of Anchor Land.
