This change is due to the increasing number of buyers inquiring about properties that are no longer available and to help sellers manage their listings by focusing on current and available properties.

Important Note for Sellers

Use the Free Refresh feature on your properties regularly to prevent them from being hidden. This will renew the validity of your listings, effectively resetting the 90-day limit and keeping your properties active and visible to potential buyers.

Tip: Use the Bulk Refresh feature in the Property Hub to select and refresh multiple properties at once.
