Miscellaneous fees for the account of the buyers of Olivarez Homes Southwoods

Please be reminded that aside from the TCP the following is the buyers responsibility:

1. Tcp

2. Move in fee 50-70k (due upon move in)

3. Titling fee 4% of tcp (due upon move in)

4. Vat 12% of DOAS if applicable

(due upon submission to pagibig or after full payment of in house loan 5yrs/10yrs/15yrs, before we transfer title to the owner)

Also we will give clear guidelines regarding insurance responsibilities during start of in house loan (technically buyer will be liable for the unit/liable upon move in, regarding in case of death of buyer, they can have it insured but on our part we will honor all payments made to the respective heir and they can continue with the loan)
