Marco Antonio expands family’s real estate portfolio with Century Properties’ foray into low-rise towers and townhouses

The Century Properties Group is venturing into the construction of lower building height developments, which it believes carries less risk on a per project basis as compared to its traditional high-rise projects.
The property developer announced that it is adding low-rise and townhouses to its product portfolio to cater to
“New standards in living and lifestyle inclinations have developed post-pandemic, and we intend to address these changes in homebuyers’ needs,” Century Properties president and CEO Marco Antonio said.
“While NULIV will continue Century’s legacy of serving the needs of the premium and luxury market, it will do so via new product offerings wherein majority will be townhouses and other low-rise structures – which is in contrast with its historical roots of doing mainly high-rise condominiums,” he added.
Antonio said these new product offerings will be faster to develop.
Century Properties said the past two years gave the company an opportunity to rediscover the real estate market, which
revealed changing preferences for home buyers.Specifically, it said clients have clamored for more space – both indoors and outdoors.
Century NULIV’s maiden project is a townhouse community called Townvillas at Acqua in Mandaluyong City which
features a low-density high street of 22 multi-storey houses and lots on an exclusive road behind Acqua Private Residences, the company’s tropical rainforest-inspired development at the foot of the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.Unit prices will range from P40 million to P60 million.
