SMDC Announcement: Launching of Gold Offices

We are proud to announce the launching of Gold Offices in Parañaque City!

Located in Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Parañaque City

Reservation Fee for the office unit: 100,000php
Promo Payment Term: 20% in 42 months; 80% Lumpsum

Attached is the sample computation, sales kit, floor layout plans, available inventory, and reservation agreement documents.

Note: 1 Office unit requires 1 parking slot. To prevent  conflict in between parking spaces we suggest to get parking in the same location as building. We are only to accept parking slot sales with unit for now.

Sales hold is due every 5pm daily until March 12, 2020 after which remaining units on Marketing Hold will be released in the system.

Corporations would need the following for booking:

·         SEC Registration

·         Articles of Incorporation and By Laws

·         Secretary Certificate authorizing purchase (should contain unit number)
