I am the owner of this property. Only one of two lots can be purchased but the cost of land improvements below will be prorated and the corner lot has a higher price (see below).

*Sta. Lucia’s current average price is P12k per sqm so prices vary depending on location and features (eg corner lot, overlooking views of the lake and hills, flat vs. sloping, etc.).
