To avoid any confusion and for us to align the communications on OnePropertee, we defined the terms Lead & Inquiry based on the industry standard and their functions on the platform.

Lead - A person, particularly a potential buyer, who inquires about a property.

Inquiry - A request, usually from a potential buyer, that asks for more information about a property.

Considering these definitions, you will notice that we replaced Inquiry with Leads found at the menu on your dashboard where you can access your leads. You can also see this change in your Property Hub and Dashboard.

In the Leads CRM, you will now clearly see the number of your properties that a lead inquired to.
