The improvements we released in the Leads CRM will allow you to manage your leads more efficiently. First, you can now download an excel (.xls) file of all the leads you have in your Leads CRM, or you can also use the filters to download only a specific set. Secondly, you can easily access the contact details of your leads.

How can I download my leads into an excel (.xls) file?

1. Go to the Leads CRM page.

2. Select the Download Leads button at the top of the list to download all your leads, or you can use the filters first to download a specific set of leads according to property/listing, lead source, or status.

   The system will prepare an excel (.xls) file then you will receive a notification once ready for download.

3. Select the notification to start the download process.

   Note: The download link will expire after 24 hours upon receipt of the notification.

To reply to your leads easier, their contact details are now available in your Leads CRM list.
