Why can't I find the Request OR link for my order?

The Request OR link for an order might not be available because of the following:

  1. The payment for your Order is not confirmed yet. You can check the status of your order from the order details page.

  2. The official receipt for your order has already been uploaded. To check, view the Order details page and check if the View Receipt button is available.
