What happens next after I purchase a lead through Lead Matching?

Here's what you should know after purchasing a lead through Lead Matching.

  1. The lead is immediately added to your CRM for easy management and tracking of progress.

  2. Our system automatically sends an email and/or SMS to the lead you just purchased to introduce your property (with a link back to your property here on OnePropertee) and give you a headstart.

What should I do next?

Once you purchased a lead, you can follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Leads/CRM page.

  2. Select the lead from Lead Matching to access his contact information. The lead you just purchased is usually the first in the list with the New status and Lead Matching as the source.

  3. Connect with the lead through the contact details provided. Check out our tips on how to ace the conversation with your lead.

  4. Change the status or add notes to monitor your progress.

  5. Don't give up just yet! Continue engaging with your leads to convert them and successfully close a deal. Check out some tips from our Lead Nurturing series.
