An Elite Partner will receive exclusive benefits for promoting and allowing OnePropertee to process the home loan applications of the leads through its Free Home Loan Application Assistance.

How does it work?

Step 1: Enroll to become an Elite Partner

Step 2: Gain free access to high-quality leads and exclusive benefits. *This applies exclusively to leads with inquiries about For Sale properties and does not include For Rent.

Step 3: Promote and allow OnePropertee to process the home loan applications of your leads.

Step 4: Relax. Our Home Loan Consultant will process their applications to multiple banks of their choice for seamless transactions and more options.

Requirements:

• You must be a seller on OnePropertee.

• You must have For Sale properties.

• You must promote and allow OnePropertee to process the home loan application of your leads.

Terms and Conditions

1. Once enrolled in the program, you will have free access to high-quality leads from the Paid Direct Inquiry on your Leads CRM. This means you do not need LeadCoins to view the details of a lead from Paid Direct Inquiry. *This applies exclusively to leads with inquiries about For Sale properties and does not include For Rent.

2. In exchange for free access to Paid Direct Inquiry, you agree to promote OnePropertee to your leads for Free Home Loan Application Assistance and allow OnePropertee to process the home loan application of your leads.

3. If you are suspected of non-endorsing OnePropertee for a Home Loan application or processing their Home Loan application for yourself, you will be subject to an investigation. Upon confirmation of the offense, you will be removed from the Elite Partner Program and lose access to all program benefits and privileges.
