What is Feedback Score?

Last Updated Nov 15, 09:53 AM

Feedback Score measures how often you provide updates or feedback on your leads. Regular feedback and updates, at least once every week for every active referral, are essential for a healthy Feedback Score. Ensure that you are giving feedback to all of your active accepted leads.

Here’s how you can improve your Feedback Score:

  • Set reminders for feedback: If you find it challenging to remember to leave feedback, set calendar reminders or task lists. Submitting feedback at least once every week for every active referral is a good practice and ensures you never miss a chance to provide an update on your leads.

  • Complete feedback fields: When leaving feedback, fill out all relevant fields to give a comprehensive view of the lead’s progress. Detailed feedback helps in tracking and understanding the status of leads, which is crucial for maintaining consistency.

  • Follow up on leads regularly: If a lead goes cold or is unresponsive, keep track of your attempts to reach them and update their status accordingly. Even if the lead doesn’t move forward, updating the system reflects your active involvement and commitment.
