What is a Lead status?
OnePropertee offers a Client Relationship Management (CRM) System that lets you organize and record your progress with your client. You can tag a Lead with a status based on the usual property buying journey. The following are the available default CRM status:
New - Seller received a new Lead (automatically tagged)
Replied - Seller replied to the Lead (automatically tagged)
Followed Up - Seller made a follow-up to the Lead
Archived - Lead is moved to Archive
Closed Deal - Successful sales
You can also add up to 20 custom statuses to cater to the way you work. Custom statuses can be added, edited, and deleted.
