What does 'Relationship to Principal Buyer' mean?

'Relationship to Principal Buyer' indicates the relationship of the referral endorsed by OnePropertee with the Principal Buyer. This is applicable to referrals that is not the Principal Buyer. The following are the different types of “Relationship to Principal Buyer” available:

  • Relative / Acquaintance

  • Broker / Seller representing the buyer (Buyer Agent) - a professional representing the principal buyer in a property transaction. They assist the principal buyers in finding suitable properties, negotiating terms, and managing the overall purchasing process. The Buyer Agent acts in the buyer's best interest and helps ensure a smooth transaction.

  • Company representative - an employee of a company that is looking for a property in behalf of the company.
