This document (the “Supplemental Terms,”) supplements the OnePropertee General Terms and Conditions (the “Platform Terms”) with respect to Your availment and use of the LeadCoins Packages or Subscriptions, whichever is applicable,  (the “Product”) and other Services through the use of the Product and/or the Platform (the “Services”).

Capitalized Terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning provided in the Platform Terms.

1. LeadCoins

We offer a feature allowing You to purchase the Platform’s virtual currency (“LeadCoin” or “LeadCoins”) that may be used to purchase Products and Services within the Platform.

By purchasing or using LeadCoins, you agree that You have read, understood, and are bound by these Supplemental Terms of Your own free will and deed;

You expressly agree that Your purchase and/or use of LeadCoins shall be governed by these Supplemental Terms and the Platform’s Terms and Conditions.

1. Packages and Plans

Seller-Users may purchase LeadCoins as a one-time package or via subscription plans. The prices indicated in this section 3 are inclusive of VAT.

One-time LeadCoins Packages

1. You may purchase LeadCoins by paying a one-time fee (the “Purchase Price”) mutually agreed upon by You and the Company, in exchange for a predetermined number of LeadCoins (“LeadCoins Package” or “LeadCoins Packages.”

2. For every purchase of any LeadCoins Package, You shall pay in full the Purchase Price for the LeadCoins Package selected within seven (7) days from the time of submission of the order indicated in the Summary of Purchase.

3. Upon confirmation of full payment, You will be notified of the availability of Your recently-purchased LeadCoins in Your Wallet.

Subscription Plans

1. You may acquire LeadCoins by availing of Our non-cancellable subscription plans which may be in exchange for a pre-determined number of LeadCoins to be credited to Your Wallet (“LeadCoins Plan” or “LeadCoins Plans”) subject to the relevant provisions of this Terms of Use.

2. You may select from the following LeadCoins Plans which are available for purchase:

LeadCoins Subscription Plans

1. You shall have the option to pay the Monthly Subscription Price as it accrues on a monthly basis (“Monthly Subscription Plan” or “Monthly Subscription Plans”), or to pay a quarterly subscription fee equivalent to 100% of the Monthly Subscription Price of Your selected Plan multiplied by 3 months (“Quarterly Subscription Plan” or “Quarterly Subscription Plans”), or to pay an annual discounted subscription fee equivalent to 80% of the Monthly Subscription Price of Your selected Plan multiplied by 12 months (“Annual Subscription Plan” or “Annual Subscription Plans”).

2. By Your purchase and/or use of the LeadCoins, You confirm Your understanding and acceptance of the exchange rate of any LeadCoins which shall be the current exchange rate at the time of the submission of Your Order.

3. You may modify Your  Subscription Plan at any time, provided, however, that any change, whether a downgrade or an upgrade, shall only take effect and reflect on the next Payment Cycle. For the avoidance of doubt, the requested change may only take effect once your Current Plan has been consumed.

Monthly Subscription Plan

1. By availing of the Monthly Subscription Plan, You undertake to pay the Monthly Subscription Price for Your first Monthly Cycle within seven (7) days from the time of submission of Your Order.

2. Succeeding Monthly Payments shall be due on the same day of the month following your most recent full payment of the Monthly Subscription Price. We shall send You the Billing Information at least seven (7) days prior to the start of each Monthly Payment Cycle.

3. By purchasing the Monthly Subscription Plan, You hereby undertake to pay the Monthly Subscription Price of your selected Plan at the start of each Monthly Payment Cycle within seven (7) days from receipt of the Billing Information.

4. Upon confirmation of full payment of the Monthly Subscription Price, You will be notified of the availability of Your Monthly Allocation of LeadCoins.

5. Unused LeadCoins shall not be subject to an expiration date and may be carried over for use in the months following its issuance, until fully spent or used.

6. You understand that failure to pay the Monthly Subscription Price within seven (7) days from receipt of the Billing Information shall result in the suspension of Your use and/or enjoyment of the Products and Services of the Platform.

Quarterly Subscription Plan

1. By availing of the Quarterly Subscription Plan, You undertake to pay in full a quarterly subscription fee equivalent to 100% of the Monthly Subscription Price of Your selected Plan multiplied by 3 months (the “Quarterly Subscription Price”), within seven (7) days from the time of submission of the order indicated in the Summary of Purchase.

2. Upon confirmation of full payment of the Quarterly Subscription Price, You will be notified of the availability of your recently purchased LeadCoins equivalent to Your Monthly Allocations for the entire 3-month subscription period.

3. Succeeding Quarterly Payments shall be due on the same day of the quarter following your most recent full payment of the Quarterly Subscription Price. We shall send You the Billing Information at least seven (7) days prior to the start of each Quarterly Payment Cycle.

4. By purchasing the Quarterly Subscription Plan, You hereby undertake to pay the Quarterly Subscription Price of your selected Plan at the start of each Quarterly Payment Cycle within seven (7) days from receipt of the Billing Information.

5. Unused LeadCoins shall not be subject to an expiration date and may be carried over for use in the months following its issuance, until fully spent or used.

6. You understand that failure to pay the Quarterly Subscription Price within seven (7) days from receipt of the Billing Information shall result in the suspension of Your use and/or enjoyment of the Products and Services of the Platform.

Annual Subscription Plan

1. By availing of the Annual Subscription Plan, You undertake to pay in full an annual discounted subscription fee equivalent to 80% of the Monthly Subscription Price of Your selected Plan multiplied by 12 months (the “Annual Subscription Price”), within seven (7) days from the time of submission of the order indicated in the Summary of Purchase.

2. Upon confirmation of full payment of the Annual Subscription Price, You will be notified of the availability of your recently purchased LeadCoins equivalent to Your Monthly Allocations for the entire 12-month subscription period.

3. Succeeding Annual Payments shall be due on the same day of the year following your most recent full payment of the Annual Subscription Price. We shall send You the Billing Information at least seven (7) days prior to the start of each Annual Payment Cycle.

4. By purchasing the Annual Subscription Plan, You hereby undertake to pay the Annual Subscription Price of your selected Plan at the start of each Annual Payment Cycle within seven (7) days from receipt of the Billing Information.

5. Unused LeadCoins shall not be subject to an expiration date and may be carried over for use in the months following its issuance, until fully spent or used.

6. You understand that failure to pay the Annual Subscription Price within seven (7) days from receipt of the Billing Information shall result in the suspension of Your use and/or enjoyment of the Products and Services of the Platform.

Terms Common to Packages and Subscription Plans

1. The purchase of LeadCoins Packages and Plans shall be a completed transaction upon Our confirmation of payment from you and may no longer be cancelled for any reason.

   Any LeadCoins balance shown in Your Wallet does not constitute legal tender or fiat currency. You will not be able to sell LeadCoins in exchange for virtual currency or fiat credited back to Your account, nor will You be able to receive a refund of fiat or real Currency for LeadCoins, whether used or unused, except that in cases where Your access to the Platform has been suspended, limited, or terminated pursuant to these Supplemental Terms, the Platform Terms, and other amendments, revisions, and supplements thereto, and such suspension, limitation, or termination has resulted in You being unable to use Your LeadCoins, you may apply for a refund of the Real Currency equivalent of the unused LeadCoins remaining in Your suspended, limited, or terminated Account. LeadCoins are digital credits which a User may only use to purchase certain products and features within the Platform. You understand and agree that LeadCoins are not e-money, virtual assets, or deposits. LeadCoins will not earn interest. LeadCoins may not be used outside of the Platform and neither may it be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.

   The value (i.e. the exchange rate) of the LeadCoins is determined by Us in Our  absolute and sole discretion, and We further reserve the right to modify the purchase exchange rate between Real Currency and LeadCoins from time to time and for any reason.

2. Your use of any LeadCoins purchased shall be solely for legitimate purposes within the Service, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times (i.e. no exchanging of LeadCoins for any activity, product, conduct, or services deemed unauthorized by these Terms or Our Platform’s Terms and Conditions).

3. You understand that any purchase of LeadCoins is made using Real Currency. If You disagree with any part of, or do not fully understand Our exchange rate policy, please refrain from purchasing or using any LeadCoins.
