How do I leave Feedback for my Lead?

To leave Feedback in your Leads CRM, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Leads CRM and select a lead.

  2. Click the Leave Feedback button.

  3. Update the Status of your lead.

  4. Select a feedback.

  5. Add a message if applicable.

  6. Submit your Feedback.

After submitting, you will be redirected to the Feedback History, where you can view the feedback you've provided for that lead.

Note: Your lead will not be able to view the feedback you leave.
