Linking a property to its developer equips buyers with more information and allows them to narrow down their options according to a preferred developer when searching.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Select the ‘Post Property’ button.

3. Fill out the details of your property and search for the name of the developer in the Developer field.

4. Finish your property form and submit.

5. Log in to your account.

6. Click any ‘Post Property’ button.

7. Fill out the details of your property.

8. In the ‘Enter Property Description’ section, you will see ‘Developer’ field.

   Note: This is only available for ‘For Sale’ properties.

9. Search for the name of the Developer of your property and click to select.

10. Finish your property form and submit.

The developer's name and logo will be available on your Property Details page when successfully linked.

Clicking on the developer's logo will redirect you to the developer's page where all properties linked to the developer are displayed.
