Log in to your account.

On the Navigation Menu, select ‘Chat’.

You will be able to see the ‘Chat Page’.

Select ‘Create new chat room’ button.

• Note: If your mobile number is not yet verified, you will be asked to verify first before proceeding.

Start adding users to the Chat Room by searching for the user’s name in the Search Bar.

Select ‘Create new chat room’ button.

Your chat room is now created.

To change the settings of your Chat Room including adding a name, select ‘Info (i)’ icon in the upper right hand corner of the Chat Room.

Fill out the Chat Room form. You will need to give a name for the Chat Room and configure the setting of who can add members to the chat (Admin or Members).

Submit the form.
