Bulk Actions enable you to select multiple properties and apply a certain action at once. For example, you can use the Bulk Actions if you want to use Refresh to all or multiple properties in your account to save time instead of doing it one at a time.

The available Bulk Actions depend on the status of the property.

✅ Active Properties

• Actions available: Refresh, Deactivate, Mark as Sold

✅ Expired Properties

• Actions available: Refresh

✅ Deactivated Properties

• Actions available: Reactivate

✅ Sold Properties

• Actions available: Reactivate

To use the Bulk Actions, follow these steps.

1. Go to the Property Hub.

2. Select the tab you want to manage: Active, Expired, Deactivated, Sold.

3. Select multiple properties by ticking the box beside the property or the 'Select All' box to select all the properties on the current page*.

4. Choose the available action you want to apply found beside the "Select All" box.

5. Confirm the action. You will be informed about the credit requirement for a certain action before you confirm (e.g. Refresh)

6. The action you selected will be applied to all your selected properties.

*You can select multiple properties on different pages on the Property Hub. You can find the current count of the selected properties beside the "Select All" button.
