The owner owned this 2 Floors Commercial Space for almost 33 years. It became the residence house of her family for nearly 22 years. It's been renovated and maintained throughout the years. The sole owner of this property is my grandmother.
After the owner move to her province, she decided to make it into a commercial space. She divided it into two section - the blue painted area had been rented by a businessman who owned mineral water station starting 2013 until now for 15,000php a month and the yellow painted area was rented before by sari-sari store owner for 6,000 and eventually moved out after the contract ends.
