A Real Estate Salesperson earns up to 3.5% commission on properties he/she will sell. If you sell say One Million Pesos (P 1,000,000.00) worth of property and this is the commissionable amount, you get Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (P35,000.00) less taxes. Imagine you sell P10M worth of house or condominium, that’s P 350K. What if in a year you’ll be able to sell ten properties at P10M worth of each? That’s P3.5M less taxes in a year. No bank manager earns that much.
