STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Application

You may take the first step in owning a home by submitting your application from and its initial requirements via Virtual Pag-IBIG.

You may then submit your application form and its complete set of requirements at any Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Business Center or Pag-IBIG Fund branch near you.
STEP 3. RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE OF APPROVAL (NOA) and LETTER OF GUARANTY (LOG)
- You will receive your Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG) should we find your application complete and in order. You will be advised where to conveniently claim your NOA and LOG.
STEP 4. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN YOUR NOTICE APPROVAL
- Complete the Requirements stated in your Notice of Approval (NOA) within ninety (90) calendar days. This includes among others, the transfer of title and annotation of mortgage.
STEP 5. RECEIVE YOUR Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Proceeds!
- Upon submission of your post-approval requirements, you will receive the proceeds of your loan within ten (10) working days. We will notify you on how your loan proceeds shall be released safely and conveniently.
STEP 6. START PAYING YOUR Pag-IBIG Housing Loan
- Start paying your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, exactly one (1) month after its release date. Remember to use your permanent Housing Loan Account No. 12Digit-HLAN when paring; For your convenience, you may pay your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan online via Virtual Pag-IBIG or via our credited collecting partners outlets or their online payment facilities.
