1) Duly signed and accomplished application form and authorization letter (refer to attached)

2) 2 valid government issued IDs of borrower/s

3) PSA Marriage Certificate and 2 valid government issued IDs of Spouse, if married

4) Latest Statement of Account from developer

INCOME REQUIREMENTS

IF OFW:

1) Duly signed and accomplished AIF form (refer to attached)

2) 2 valid government issued IDs of attorney-in-fact

3) Latest Certificate of Employment with salary, job position, and tenure

4) 3 months latest payslips

5) 3 months latest bank statements of payroll account

6) Oath of allegiance as proof of dual citizenship for former Filipinos

7) Latest Federal ITR (for US/Canada Based borrowers)

8) Passport ID with all copies of arrival and departure stamps to and from the Philippines

IF LOCALLY EMPLOYED:

1) Latest Certificate of Employment with salary, job position, and tenure

2) 3 months latest payslips

3) Latest ITR

IF SELF-EMPLOYED:

1) DTI Registration and Mayor's Permit (if Single Proprietorship)

2) Latest GIS / Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws / SEC Registration (if Corporation)

3) Latest ITR with audited financial statements

4) 6 months latest bank statements of business' working account

5) List of major clients and/or suppliers of business (answer page 2 of attached authorization letter)

If business is Corporation and borrower has an individual income from the business, to submit the following requirements:

6) Latest Individual ITR of borrower

7) Latest Certificate of Employment with salary, job position, and tenure

8) 3 months latest payslips

9) 3 months latest bank statements where salary is being deposited/credited

COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS

1) Owner's Duplicate Copy of Title (all pages)

2) Tax declaration on Land and/or Building

3) Appraisal fee payment of Php 5,000 (can be deducted from your BPI account upon your confirmation)

4) Contact person for the appraisal of the property

5) Authorization letter for the tax mapping signed by the property owner/s (refer to attached)

6) Collateral Information Sheet filled out by the property owner/s (refer to attached)

7) Offer to Purchase/Contract to Sell signed by buyers and seller/s

8) 2 valid government issued IDs of seller/s
