After the purchase various upgrades and expansions were constructed and added as follows:

The House was built on a higher elevation compared to others, therefore no flood worries here

Perimeter walls and gates are installed

The original front-porch-Car-port area has been enclosed, the floor is fully tiled, in order to gain more day-light an additional window and glass-blocks were added, the room is presently used as a TV-family-room (2.75x4.35m).

A Storage room was built above of one of the Bedroom, the storage-room has the same measurements as the room below; 2.20x2.50m.
