Here are the documents that you can submit as your PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT

If Locally Employed:

• Latest Certificate of Employment (COE) with compensation (notarized from your Employer)

If Self-Employed (Business):

• Business permit/Mayor’s permit

• Audited financial statements

• OR of Tax Payment from a bank supported by DTI registration

• Barangay Certificate

If Overseas Filipino Worker:

• Employment or Job Contract or Certificate of Employment (COE) with compensation (duly certified by your Employer and with English translation)

• POEA Information Sheet or Employer’s email address

• A Special Power of Attorney (Consularized/Red Ribbon)

• Entry and Exit Visa in Passport

• Two (2) Valid IDs of Attorney-In-Fact with 3 Specimen Signature

• Authorization Letter of Representative to Sign and Reserved SPA
